Glasgow Hornets annual awards night which will be held at Cambuslang Institute. The tickets are priced £6.

The Paisley Panthers are coming across to give us a taster session in junior kitted (14-16yrs old).
5th November
Scotland Internationals against Ireland, Roberston Park, Paisley. The cadets and juniors won both their games, with the Youths winning one and drawing the other.
21st October
The final SDS training session of the year, which will be at Forthbank, Stirling
14th October
The Glasgow Hornets seniors travelled to Airdrie, home of the Lanarkshire Steelers to play in the SFFA Senior Finals day. Our Semi-Final against the Grangemouth Broncos ended up with a loss of 39-33. 3rd and 4th Playoff against the Cobras also ended in a loss of 30-25
30th September
The SFFA Finals Day which will be held in Inverness. The cadets travelled to play in the SFFA finals day for the first time. read more
10th September
The seniors playied against the Carluke Cobras. After a terrible 1st half which saw us trailing 31-20. We restructed our team and in the 2nd half came back to over come the Cobras 59-31.
9th September
The Devils and high flying Gladiators will be travelling to Glasgow to play against our junior squad. Plus after this game the seniors will be travelling through to Grangemouth to play the Oilcats
27th August
The Seniors played in the fair play bowl organised by the Lanarkshire steelers. Only 4 teams were invited (Hornets, Broncos, Oilcats and Steelers).
26th August
The juniors travelled to play the Rockets and Gladiators to try and book a place in the SFFA Finals Day 2006. The cadets did not need to travel as the Gladiators forfieted and in doing so made the cadets win the West/Central Conference champions
5th August
On Saturday the 5th August the Hornets travelled to Wishaw to play agains the Clyde Valley Predators. Knowing that winning the game would guarantee them a place in finals day for the first time. read more
23rd July
A big congradulations to Craig Samuel and William McLaughlin for both being selected to represent the GB Cadet Lions Squad at the 2006 Junior European Championships which is being hosted by England (Gateshead) in late September.
20th July
This is the day we could tell the world that Yvonne was 3 months pregnant. We went for the scan today and everything was looking good. So you can all guess I will be needing a new cadet coach for the 2007 season so get those applications in.
24th June
The 10 Year Claymore anniversary. The Hornet seniors will be playing in a tournament @ Meadowbank. Day starts at 10am with a round robin being played. At the moment there is only 3 senior teams as due to unforseen circumstances the Oilcats had to pull out.
17th June
The Hornets travelled to Cambuslang Rugby Club to play their home fixtures against the Tigers @ cadet and junior level and Predators @ cadets.
10th June
Practice will be cancelled due to SDS.
3rd June
Saturday the 3rd June the Hornets travelled to play the Broncos at cadet, junior and senior level. We won 1 out of 3. The seniors was the highest scoring of the day with over 100 points scored between then.
27th May
Inverness Rockets and Lochardil Buccaneers make the long journey to Glasgow to play the Hornets at Cadet and Junior level.
20th May
The Hornets will be travelling to Annan to play against the Anvils in a friendly. read more

The seniors play their first home game of the season against the Kirkcaldy Bulls and Carluke Cobras
13th May
The Grangemouth Broncos travel to the Hornets to play at Cadet and Junior level

The seniors start their league campaign against the Lanarkshire steelers at Airdrie
6th May
Cadet and Juniors will be travelling to Cambuslang to start their league campaign against the Glasgow Tigers.
23rd April
On Sunday the 23rd April the Glasgow Hornets will be holding their AGM. It will be at the Winter Gardens Cafe, Peoples Palace, 12pm. All are welcome. read more

Yvonne, John and Ben all went on the Leader's award and passed. So we now have 3 extra coaches, woohoo.
1st April
Well the paintballing on the 1st April went well, we all have bruises to prove it. Some of the kids got their revenge on the coaches as they managed to get a few lucky shots in :). photos
