The Glasgow Hornets hosted a junior tournament on Saturday the 4th October. It was held at the East End Healthy Living Centre in wonderful weather conditions................NOT, the rain was bouncing off the ground and to make matters worse the better cleared up at the end of the day when we were packing up to go. However the weather did not deter any of the 5 teams that attended the event. They all played with great spirit and determination to try and win Clyde Bowl 2008. The atmosphere was electric as the teams were all facing the unknown. Coventry even brought a marque with a BBQ and fed us all, which I have to say was very much needed in the cold. Thank you guys and gals.

After the team warm ups (well as much as we could do to keep them warm) It was time to get the tournament started. There was over 6 hours of flag football played that day and it was enjoyed by all. This will be an annual event so book the 1st Saturday of October into your diary for next year. Below is a list of the final positions aswell as all the team results.
